Do you collect data on my clients?

The free practice test requires no signup — no data collected beyond standard, anonymized GA4 page analytics. If a client buys a paid pass, Stripe handles payment and we store their email + pass type. We never share client lists with partner orgs. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

Is canadatest.ca affiliated with IRCC or the Government of Canada?

No. canadatest.ca is independent. All study content is sourced from the publicly published Discover Canada: The Rights and Responsibilities of Citizenship guide. The site footer makes this clear on every page.

What if a client buys a pass and it isn't the right fit?

Two ways. Every purchase has a 24-hour money-back guarantee — clients email support@canadatest.ca within 24 hours and we refund in full, no questions asked. Passes also carry our Pass Guarantee: if a client takes the citizenship test and doesn't pass, we refund the pass in full (see our Terms for conditions).

Do you offer a referral revenue share?

Not at this time. We keep pricing simple — a one-time $9.99 or $39.99 pass, no subscription, with a full refund if a client takes the test and doesn't pass. If your org has a formal partnership structure that would change the math, email support@canadatest.ca and let's talk.

Can I see what the free practice test looks like before recommending it?

Will this content stay current?

Content is verified against the Discover Canada guide as published. Where the guide is out of date relative to current reality (e.g. number of federal ridings), we annotate the difference inline so clients aren't tested on stale facts.
